Michelle came to Ada Family Dentistry in 1992 as a Dental Assistant. She made a change to the front desk as a Patient Care Coordinator in 1994. She enjoys getting to know all the patients on a personal level, and help them get the most out of their dental benefits to get the treatment they need.
Most days you can find Michelle out on a walk, out in her garden, or working out. She enjoys baking and spending time with her family, along with other activities such as yoga and hiking. Her favorite place to hike is in Arizona, where she would like to move after retirement.
Tammy graduated from Heartlands Dental Assisting Program in 1987 and completed her radiology certification at Ferris State University in 1989. She has been practicing at Ada Family Dentistry since 2000 and has more 20 years of experience in chair side assisting including 11 years in an orthodontic practice. Tammy has attended a number of continuing education courses over the years dealing with clinical aspects of dental assisting and patient management. She also volunteers her time at the Mel Trotter Dental Clinic in Grand Rapids and has been a part of the Tooth Time Event at the Grand Rapids Children's Museum for Children's Dental Health Month.
Outside the office Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children's sporting events. She also enjoys camping with both family and friends.
Susan holds an associate degree in dental hygiene from Lakeland Community College inMentor, OH. She began working at Ada Family Dentistry in 2008.
Susan stays current with the newest dental technology by attending numerous workshops and seminars. Enabling patients to have a positive, enjoyable experience at the dental office is her main goal. For Susan, the most rewarding aspect of being a dental hygienist is the friendships that develop with her patients.
Susan enjoys traveling, boating, cookin, and sports.
She and her husband have two sons
Jennifer started her dental career graduating from Heartlands Institute of Technology for dental assisting in 2002. Her career paths lead her to Grand Rapids Community College to receive her Associates Degree in Applied Arts and Science for Dental Hygiene in 2007. Jennifer has continued her education and has received her license to administer nitrous oxide sedation and local anesthesia. She stays current by attending continuing education classes and dental seminars.
Outside of the office Jennifer is a volunteer youth leader at her church. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Lindsay joined Ada Family Dentistry in 2020. She grew up in the Chicagoland area and started her dental career assisting in a pediatric dental office for a friend of the family during college. Lindsay graduated from University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree and continued to work in the dental field in the front office. She enjoys working with patients to ensure that they get the most out of their dental benefits and get the dental care that they need and deserve.
Outside of the office Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, traveling, and being up at the lake.
Aubrey Tonnarini, a Jenison, Michigan native, is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant who has been proudly serving patients since completing her dental assisting program in 2012. Committed to her profession, Aubrey furthered her education to obtain her Registered Dental Assisting license, ensuring the highest level of care for her patients. Aubrey finds joy in educating patients on the importance of oral hygiene and maintaining a healthy smile. Her passion for her work is evident in her interactions with patients, making each visit a comfortable and informative experience.
Outside of the office, Aubrey leads an active lifestyle with her husband and two beloved golden retrievers. She enjoys going to the gym, exploring new destinations through travel, and spending quality time outdoors. Aubrey's commitment to her profession, combined with her vibrant personality and dedication to a healthy lifestyle, makes her a valued member of our dental team.
Nicole joined Ada Family Dentistry in 2022. She graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with her Associates Degree in Applied Arts and Science for Dental Hygiene.
Nicole stays current by attending continuing education and dental seminars. She enjoys giving patients a positive experience while educating them on their overall oral health.
Outside of the office Nicole enjoys working out, being around family and friends, going to the drag races, and attending sporting events.
Rajna has been in the dental industry for nearly 30 years. She takes great satisfaction in helping patients understand the confusing world of insurance benefits and answering their questions, helping to calm their fears, and making treatment possible. Rajna enjoys ensuring that all of our patients receive the highest level of customer service when she schedules appointments, greets them when they arrive and checks them out when their appointments are complete. Rajna loves building relationships with our patients, to ensure their visit with us is always a positive one. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Jamie became a cherished member of our Ada Family in early 2024, bringing with her a rich background in dental hygiene that began in 2011 at Delta Community College in Saginaw, Michigan. After relocating to Colorado Springs to join her husband at Fort Carson Army base, she earned her Dental Assisting certification at Pima Medical Institute in 2014 while awaiting her turn for Hygiene clinicals. In 2017, she fulfilled her dream of becoming a hygienist by graduating from Delta College with an associate’s degree in applied arts and science for Dental Hygiene, along with her licenses to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. With experience in a public health clinic serving underserved populations, she embraced a new chapter in her career with her recent move. Outside of work, Jamie treasures time spent with her family at their cabin in West Branch, enjoying activities like kayaking, hiking, and cheering for her son at his sporting events..
Jacki is a vibrant addition to our office, bringing her deep-rooted connection to the Ada community and a passion for caring for others. With 27 years of experience as a dental hygienist, she combines her expertise with a heartfelt dedication to her work. Outside the office, Jacki enjoys cooking, glamping, and staying active at MVP, all while cherishing time with her grown daughters. Her enthusiasm and commitment to both her profession and community make her a valued member of our team.
